This paper is based on the re-examination of "Eizo Nakaza (2017): Correct physical interpretation of Lorentz transformation, Journal of the Okinawa Scientific Disaster Prevention and Environmental Engineering, Vol. 2, No.1, Physics, pp. 15-19." This is summarized, including re-organizing and supplements to it. The problem of the conventional interpretation for the Lorentz transformation and the problem of Einstein 's theory of relativity are discussed, and the validity of the new relativity theory proposed by Nakaza is explained.

本論は，先に投稿された「仲座栄三（2017）：ローレンツ変換の正しい物理的解釈，沖縄科学防災環境学会論文集，Vol.2， No.1， Physics，pp.15-19.」の再整理と，それに対する補遺を含めてまとめられている．ローレンツ変換に対する従来の解釈の問題点，アインシュタインの相対性理論の問題点が議論され，仲座の提案する新相対性理論の妥当性が説明されている．
