Hydraulics and Fluid Dynamics Sumit 開催される

中央大学研究開発機構教授　福岡 捷二　先生が創設されたHydraulics and Fluid Dynamics Sumit が12月24日・25日の2日間琉球大学工学部において開催されました。 開催に当たり、福岡先生の文部科学大臣表彰受賞（科学技術分野）を祝して、盛大にオープニングセレモニーが行われました。2日間に亘って、水理学、河川工学、流体力学に関する発表が行われ、発表者は、厳しい質問に耐え抜きました。大変素晴らしい討議であったと思います。 発表の最後に「流体力学の支配方程式の見直し」の説明を行いました。PDFに資料を添付します。 閉会に当たっては、福岡先生による講評が行われ、次回の開催が宣言されました。益々発展した研究成果を期待する旨の言葉を頂きました。

The Hydraulics and Fluid Dynamics Summit, founded by Professor Shoji Fukuoka of the Research and Development Organization of Chuo University, was held at the Faculty of Engineering, University of the Ryukyus on December 24 and 25. The opening ceremony was held in honor of Dr. Fukuoka's receipt of the Commendation for Science and Technology by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. The discussions were excellent, and the presenters endured tough questions. The presentations were concluded with an explanation of the "Review of Governing Equations of Fluid Dynamics. At the closing of the meeting, Dr. Fukuoka gave a review and declared that the next meeting will be held in the near future. He expressed his hope for further development of the research results.
